The latest series (Vol. 6) is
the ‘Mouth-pleasing Ochazuke Bowl.’

Ochazuke is a very popular dish to finish up a meal with in Japan, and it is made by pouring green tea or delicately flavored soup stock over a bowl of rice.

It has been a popular fast food for commoners since the Edo period.

In modern days, people put various toppings of their choice, including umeboshi (pickled plum), pickled vegetable, salmon, nori (dried laver seaweed), tuna sashimi and ikura (salmon roe) to make it a luxurious meal.

About ‘Takumi no Kura’ - The advanced art of ceramics and sophisticated design

Takumi means a pottery (potter) and Kura means a trading company in Japanese.
It is named as Takuni no Kura in hopes that the passions of both Takumi and Kura collaborate and produce an array of masterpieces.
